Colonel (V) Mohamed Razaleigh Bin Mohamed Saem

Razaleigh brings a wealth of experience to 3AM, with over 20 years in leadership roles across engineering, IT, and facility management. He's currently Director of Strategic Partnership for iBantu, Managing Director of Manjaya Pte Ltd, and a Director of Cloudfield.
His impressive career includes operational management positions at Seagate, Singapore Power, AT&T, DBS Bank, IBM, and JPMorgan, demonstrating his adaptability across diverse industries.

Notably, Razaleigh is also a Colonel (V) in the Singapore Civil Defence Force, having served as Deputy Contingent Commander during the 2015 Nepal earthquake rescue mission. His proven leadership, diverse expertise, and dedication to excellence will be instrumental in steering 3AM towards new heights.

Our
Story
3AM started out as a coaching service provider with the name Three Acts Coaching Pte Ltd (3acts). The back story on this was a public misconception about coaching, and our co-founder, Jamo the Gardener, acquired the insight that there is no such thing as “career coaching”. Coaching is just coaching – delivering on awareness and accountability while the other stuffs many do under the guise of career coaching are actually career advisory and skills and training advisory.
Wanting to promote the integrity of what coaches do, and being true to the profession of coaching, Jamo decided to drop coaching as the name of the company until we can build a proper coaching brand.
At the heart of our company is the mission of building and connecting communities in the business eco systems – companies, talents and skills training organizations.
We support the adoption of technology and AI in the workplace.
We believe in the potential of human in the new landscape of artificial intelligence taking over tasks that were done by humans.
We believe that matured workers can still learn new skills with the discovery of neuroplasticity – that the human brain can develop by building new neural connections.
